Distinct Distribution offer a 3-5 day shipping period in Ireland, however we will not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or any other third party. In some cases, your order may require a signature. Please ensure that you, or a trusted person is available to sign for your package.

If you are an international customer, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These taxes and duties are applied when the delivery reaches that destination.The customer will be responsible for payment of import duties and taxes. Before placing your order, if you have any queries please contact your local customs office.

Returns

If your goods are damaged, unsatisfactory or not as described,  Distinct Distribution allow the customer 14 days for inspection and to contact us via email about the rejection of the products. If this action is not taken within the 14 days, Distinct Distribution will assume your order is satisfactory and will not accept returns.

Once we receive your email, you will be issued with a returns form to be filled out and sent back with your order.

In the case of unwanted items, Distinct Distribution follow the following procedure. Upon receiving the returned items, Distinct Distribution will inspect the products to make sure they are in saleable condition. Distinct Distribution will issue a refund within 30 days if we are satisfied with your return. You will be returned the price of the product and not the delivery charge. You are responsible for the postage charge of your return.
